Solved, Facebook Verify Account is Sending Code to My Old Phone Number

"I was browsing through my FB account and from nowhere I got a message telling me that I needed to log in and redirected me to FB homepage... Then a saw this a message

Well worry no more as I had the same problem and have just solved it
Go Facebook but do not log in click the option below where you would log in "Forgot your password?"
You will then be taken to a screen like this.
You will then be taken to a screen like this.
Follow the instructions I put on the screen
"untick all boxes and then click "don't have access to any of these"
You will now be prompted to enter a new email address, do not enter your old email address this will not work, make a new one. I just created a new one in under 2 mins.
You can now go to your new email address to verify your Facebook account, you will now see a page like this.
You have now verified your Facebook account, the only downside is that you have to wait 24hrs. You can now
Go To "Account Settings" >>
then in the left pane.. select "mobile" >>
It will show up the registered phone number with a link button to 'remove' the registered phone number. >>
remove the number by clicking the remove button..>>
then click "Add another phone to your account" >>
register your new number..:)

the problem is that when I am clicking on forget your password it is giving me a different page, not the same page you have

Hi, followed all the instructions, after I waited 24 hours, still it led me to the page where it was asking for the code that was sent to my old number. :(

Hello there! this guide really looks really good! but it's not working for me /:
Once I get to find my account, I get to this:

And then, no matter wich option I select, after clicking "No longer have access to this?"
I get to this:

And there is where I can't do anything.
I also even tried to verify through my government-issued ID, but when I click the Send button, nothing happens.
Please, any help will be highly appreciated..
